Hotel Armadores de Santander has The Cantabria restaurant. Its interior design simulates the porch parlors of the vapors of passenger transports of the beginnings of the decade of 20 in the last XIX century. This is appreciated in their roof of wooden beams, well-arranged with lights inserted in small cones, and in the curious lamps in their walls that simulate a ship cabin, furthermore the view to the sea that it has from their glass big windows.
The Murals that recreate the Spanish city of Santander and their shield, besides a set of ship pieces and tools of old shipowners – designed and carved for the sculptor Regi Soler – forms other elements that supplement the furniture. The distinction of the Cantabria restaurant is recognized in the elaboration of typical meals of Santander and the international kitchen.
The smoking room - one of the solicitous spaces in the hotel - was set with reproductions of furniture of the XIX century and original ornamental pieces that conjugate with a permanent sample of the cuban contemporary painter Luís Reina's drawings, which immortalize past spaces that privilege the location of the hotel.
There is a jacuzzi and a solárium at disposal, besides, just about 150 m there’s a golf field if you like to enjoy this exciting sport.
